Mortgage services

This is a service that the buyer or property owner hires to obtain financing in which to purchase the subject property or to refinance and existing home or property.

Escrow Services

This is a service which both the seller and buyer hires to make sure all the paper work is in order. In addition, an escrow company records the transaction in the appropriate places. Also known as the "closing agent".

Appraisal services

This is a service of the buyer or property owners responsibility. The banks require an appraisal to establish what you are paying for a property is the norm for that style and condition of the home and in the location the home resides. It also protects the buyer from paying an inflated price for a particular piece of property.

Inspection services

This is the service a buyer and/or seller hires to discover the condition and quality of a property.
