Thomas and his staff has been the Property Manager of Blakeley Place
Condominiums for approximately two years. During Thomas' tenure he has
proven the ability to effectively execute all facets of his
responsibilities. His entire staff have superior communication skills and
are a pleasure to interact with.
As a complex we have had several major projects, Thomas took a major role in
overseeing these projects. He got multiple bids, did research on the
vendors and project completions were great.
I highly recommend Thomas and his staff to fulfill any of your Property
Management needs.
Sincerely

Thomas
Thomas was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on December 4th, 1950. He moved
frequently during his youth giving him the opportunity to meet new people and
the ability to make friends quickly. Thomas felt then, as he does now, that
every friend he made was his best friend. Thomas graduated from Thousand Oaks
high school in Southern California in 1969. He then attended college for two
years before moving to Ojai, California. In Ojai he lived in a community called
"Students of Life" with a group of extraordinary people with whom he is still
good friends. His work and job experience in Ojai range from banking to owning
and operating several businesses including a vegetarian restaurant and grocery
store. Thomas moved to the Seattle area in 1985 and began developing a career in
real estate. He has worked as a highly knowledgeable agent for 16+ years and
since 1997 as the owner / broker of Circle Point Homes Real Estate, Inc. He is
devoted to continual education so as to serve the needs of his clients/friends
as best as possible. His family is his greatest joy and priority in life.
Buyers
"My expertise is working with people to understand fully what they want in a
home. Often, buyers haven't had the chance to consider all the possibilities,
and to nail down their priorities. The challenge I love is getting to know what
my buyers hopes and expectations are. From that vantage point, I can spend time
searching for options they're much more likely to appreciate."
Sellers
Marketing your home is no different that marketing products for a multi-million
dollar company. The first step is to understand who our customer is - what kind
of buyer is most likely to be pleased with the aspects of this home? Once we
know this, we make sure we get the right marketing in front of the right people
at the right time. Sounds easy, but the many who fail, know it's not.
Review Dear Thomas:
Thank you again for working with us in support of our recent home sale and
purchase. Over the years, you have represented us in support of our respective
home purchases. The service, attention and professionalism you provided was
second to none and we feel confident that we received the best possible offer.
Throughout the entire process, you kept us informed, which helped immensely in
making us feel comfortable and secure in our sale and purchase. Packing and
making the house presentable for sale was very time consuming and stressful, but
working with you and knowing that you were there to support and represent us
made the process much less nerve-wracking. We are very satisfied with our new
home and we have you to thank for it.
Thank you so much for serving as our agent. We look forward to working with you
and your firm again.
Sincerely
Martin & Linda Chaw
