Thomas and his staff has been the Property Manager of Blakeley Place Condominiums for approximately two years.  During Thomas' tenure he has proven the ability to effectively execute all facets of his responsibilities.  His entire staff have superior communication skills and are a pleasure to interact with. 
As a complex we have had several major projects, Thomas took a major role in overseeing these projects.  He got multiple bids, did research on the vendors and project completions were great.

Hello,

My name is Trish Bjornson and I’m a residential real estate specialist.

I received my license and joined Circle Point Homes as of May 2003. I am very excited and thoroughly enjoy working in the real estate business. I look forward to helping with the sale and purchase of homes here in the Puget Sound and I am very confident that I will serve you well. I am thrilled that my Broker of 17 years, Thomas Wilkerson (who is also my older brother) believes in my abilities and asked me to join him and his team at Circle Point Homes.

I came to this business with a lot of great people skills and attention to detail. I worked for U.S. West Cellular for 9 years in sales and customer service before leaving the company to become a full time mother and homemaker in 1993. I have spent the last 10 years with my daughters Robyn (13) and Shauna (11), attending to various volunteer positions at their schools. I served many capacities from Registrar to Board chair to Art Docent and teacher while running my household and three different home based businesses.  I enjoy helping children, volunteering, and most of all spending time with my family.

You’ll be interested to know that I have spent countless hours on remodeling projects in my own home.  So, I can appreciate being a home owner. I am very proud of that.  I love the out of doors, hiking, skiing, reading, the arts, sewing and my new passion-Real Estate!

I have been in Shoreline since 1988 and I have been a resident of the Puget Sound area since 1970.
